Legal basis (GDPR only, if applicable): Planetcast is the data processor, therefore, Planetcast does not need to provide a legal basis under this use case. Planetcast has an agreement in place with the Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, under CCPA, Planetcast is considered a service provider and the Customer is the business (if applicable).

Consequences of not providing the Personal Data: We may receive such Personal Data directly from you or from the Customer. You are not legally required to provide us your information, however, we will not be able to allow you to use the Platform without this Personal Data.
